Why not come along and have some fun! Craig-y-Don Community Centre currently offers you;
Table Tennis, Zumba, Fitness Class and Tai-Chi.
TABLE TENNIS
Usually held twice a week at Craig-y-Don Community Centre.
Come and join in on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon, from 2pm until 4.30pm year round, or if you prefer an evening session, we hold public play sessions from 7pm until 09:30pm year round.
**Note – Evening play – During the months of June, July & August, public play is on a Monday evening, for the rest of the year it changes to a Tuesday evening.
For just £4.00 per per adult and £2.50 for under 18’s, you can play for up to 2.5 hours.
(Please note, anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot be left unsupervised)
**Note, balls are supplied by the Centre for all public play and while we do have a small number of bats, their availability is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
For the more experienced players there are League Matches held on a Monday evening between 6:30pm and 10pm from September to May – this is run by CYD table Tennis Club and our Hall is booked out by them, no public play is available on a Monday evening during these months (for more information please contact CYD table Tennis Club direct)
So if you want to join in the public play, just turn up at one of our afternoon or evening sessions.
ZUMBA AND ZUMBA GOLD
ZUMBA GOLD – Fitness for the young at heart, the Latin Dance Party that keeps you moving. Zumba Gold is great for absolute beginners, those recovering from illness, or the older mover!
£7.00 at 10am every Monday
ZUMBA – For something a bit faster, Zumba Fitness is a fab fun workout with lively, easy to follow routines that you can do at your own level. Beginners are very welcome.

u3a TAI CHI
Combine gentle exercise with the mindfulness of Tai Chi to help you de-stress, achieve balance and improve your mobility and strength. Practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi will give you many beneficial effects and is great for beginners or returning to excercise.
Every Wednesday at 10am to 1pm in the Hall
