Discover a new keep fit activity to try, you can even make new friends at the same time
Why not come along and have some fun! Craig-y-Don Community Centre currently offers you;
Table Tennis, Zumba, Move it or Lose it and Tai-Chi.
TABLE TENNIS
Usually held twice a week at Craig-y-Don Community Centre.
Come and join in on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon, from 2pm until 4.30pm.
At the cost of just £3.50 per session, and £2.00 for under 18’s.
For the more experienced players there are League Matches held on a Monday evening between 7.00pm and 9.30pm
So if you want to join in, just turn up at one of our afternoon sessions
ZUMBA AND ZUMBA GOLD
ZUMBA GOLD – Fitness for the young at heart, the Latin Dance Party that keeps you moving. Zumba Gold is great for absolute beginners, those recovering from illness, or the older mover!
£6.00 at 10am every Monday
ZUMBA – For something a bit faster, Zumba Fitness is a fab fun workout with lively, easy to follow routines that you can do at your own level. Beginners are very welcome.

MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!
It’s friendly and fun, with music you will love, work at your own level. Improve your flexibility, mobility, balance, confidence, strength and stamina.
Wouldn’t it be great to feel stronger, have more energy, breath easier and sleep better. Get fitter, feel better, easy to follow for all abilities.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE
Every Friday morning at 9am for the standing class, and then at 10:30am we move on to the mixed class.
u3a TAI CHI
Combine gentle exercise with the mindfulness of Tai Chi to help you de-stress, achieve balance and improve your mobility and strength. Practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi will give you many beneficial effects and is great for beginners or returning to excercise.
